Parent’s Landing

Here is everything you need to get your student ready for camp.

Monday Check-In

Students will check-in at Vanguard Central at 6:30am. A light breakfast will be served.

Pocket Money

Students will need money for one meal down and one meal back. There will also be camp merch and snacks available for purchase.

Camp Balance

Camp balance is due June 16th. If you are unable to make your entire payment, please contact Pastor Josh.

Cell Phone Policy

We allow students to bring their cell phones for the trip down. They will be collected once they arrive at camp for the duration of camp.

Required Forms

We require three forms to attend Student Camp. One of these forms needs to be notarized. Forms below.

Packing List

We ask that you go through your student’s luggage before arriving at check-in: making sure they have what they need and do not have restricted items.

Friday Return

We will be returning Friday around 6:00pm. Your student will give you a call with a specific time.

Send Camp Bucks

Camp Bucks are gift cards that friends and family can purchase online to send to their camper while they are away at camp. These camp bucks can be purchased in increments of $5. Camp Bucks will be given nightly to students.

Pay Camp Balance

If you have multiple students going to camp, you can submit one payment. Be sure you write all their names in the box provided. If you can’t make your full payment, please contact Pastor Josh.

There are three forms required for this trip. If you have any questions, please contact us at

We require a completed Participation Form for your student for this event. This form is good for one year from completion. If you filled out a new form for Student Retreat in January, you are good for this trip. If not, please complete this form online.

YM360, our camp partner, requires a notarized participation form to attend camp. Most banks provide free notary services for customers. Please wait to sign the document, until you are in front of the notary.

We want to make sure students and parents understand our expectations before leaving to camp. Please read through these expectations with your students before signing.

I have experienced God move in mighty ways both in my own life and in the lives of those around me. Every year – without fail – students encounter impactful teaching, invested leaders, and incredible worship sessions. Pastor Josh Burcham and his team have loved countless students into a real relationship with Jesus Christ and are continuing to do so for His kingdom.

Grace, High School Senior

Each summer, I look forward to going to Camp because of the memories I make. I can remember each moment when God has spoken to me and the Holy Spirit has moved in me. I’ve also grown closer to my best friend while we were there. This Camp has helped me learn more about myself and my relationship with our God.

Alyssa, High School Junior

I attend Mission Camp every summer because of the community that has been formed. It has given me an opportunity to grow not just in my faith but in my relationships and confidence as well. I love the fact that I get to serve others while also worshiping, engaging my faith, and having fun. The environment is just uplifting. And mission camp is the highlight of my summer every year.
